Of course training items that increase Ability Points are helpful but also choosing the right friends is equally important as getting S ranks or even high ranks with them will unlock new Skills and Moves for you to equip and each Skill and Move has a certain cost. For example, to increase the dribbles to S then you need to control the custom character and dribbling using him. You can raise his stats by getting S Ratings in dribbles, tackles, shots and so on which should be using the custom character. For this trophy i recommend focusing on one set or doing a new clean save and starting over if you have bought random packs. There are many challenges that you can complete to get more Play Points and also Friend Cards, but mainly you can use the earned Play Points and go to Ultimate Edit>PP Shop and from there you can buy card packs such as All Star Pack to and so on to unlock all Friend Cards.
